Safety and Instructional decals are an extremely important component of a customer’s product operation and safety. These decals must withstand extreme conditions and environments throughout the life of the product.
Screen printing remains to be the number one method of choice when outdoor durability, color saturation, fade resistance, chemical resistance and overall print quality are of highest importance. This process enables KGS to print on a variety of pressure sensitive films, such as cast vinyl, calendared vinyl, destructible vinyl, and heat resident polyester.
Our screen printing techniques can be complimented by UV clear coating, or vinyl and polyester film laminating. KGS decal trim technologies include Kiss-Cut, Die-Cut, Back-Slit, and Guillotine-Cut finishing. Specialty parts packaging, inventory warehousing is also available to accommodate our customers’ production needs.
